I have noticed for a long time,
that all (except one) the guys in my current company,
have beer bellies and moobs.
For those who is unfamiliar with moobs,
its just m(an)+(b)oobs.
No I dread to become like them.
Everytime I look at them,
I see myself.
NO I REFUSE TO BECOME ONE OF THEM!

u hf lost some weight since last yr..
keep it going n most importantly, watch ur diet...
come back kl, we go gym everyday!
however, u still attracting some mui mui zai as i can see :p
